Music is the healer and Music IS bigger than the goverment. It's also bigger than YOUR nigga. I am inspired from real artist who make real music and Chante Moore's "Love's Taken Over" is STILL hotter than almost ANY R&B song on the radio. I love how Solange Knowles took a stand for real R&B by doing the complete unthinkable by going in a complete diffrent direction from what her sister, her father and the music industry wanted. I blog about underrated artist with real talent like Lil Mama who in a couple of years will come close to Missy Elliott. She's Hip Hop. She's talented and VERY underrated. Estelle is underrated. Jazmine Sullivan is underrated. Cheri Dennis is underrated. I do have my "favorties". I love Khia even though i know alot of people don't. I love how she's FEARLESS! She's independent and holds her head up high even when it's hard. Karina is a new artist and her album is DOPE! She's young and very talented. Janelle Monae's album is DOPE! Her music is under no way "R&B" but it's refreshing and I love it. This blog was to INFORM new music, not so new music, new artist, not so new artist and real true music. I wasn't happy with the direction my blog was going at first and that's because i was so busy doing what the other blogs was doing and that's not me. I want a fan base from music I inform and not music on the radio 24/7. I inform music for true die hard music fans like myself. I was so busy with regular promoted on a daily basis music, I was forgetting about music that whenever I pull out my phone and play, folks ask "WHO?" & "WHAT?". That's because they are caught up in T.I., T-Pain, Young Jeezy, Lil Wayne, Kanye West. I love Kanye West for standing up for Hip Hop. I love Lil Wayne for being creative. I love T.I. for being himself and a true artist. So in no way am I "dissing" these artist. They get the promotion they deserve and need to sell albums. But artist like Angie Stone, John Legend, Kelis don't. So i changed my blog from having "Attention Deficit Disorder" to "Pimping The System" like Ms. Erykah Badu said. "I" pimp the system! I pimp new music that won't ever acheive the sucess it deserves and inform music hustlers and industry dealers. YOU! I created this blog for YOU! Together, we can pimp the system and start a new amerykah for all music lovers. I want to give the chance to support CD sales everywhere and stop the cancellation of GOOD MUSIC because the records don't sell. Tweet's new album "Love, Tweet" was supposed to came out a while ago but due to LACK of support and knowledge, It has been pushed and pushed. Floetry broke up. There goes good music down the drain. I brought Janelle Monae's "Metropolis" even though it was a 7 track disc. I have a computer. I have Limewire. I could of easily downloaded it but I support real true music. I brought Khia. Karina. Lil Mama. Cheri Dennis. Cherish. Erykah Badu. Jill Scott. Spread the music. Support. Learn. KNOW. "I" PIMP THE SYSTEM!
